Armed gunman threatens employees in California Walmart

Occurred October 11, 2013.

A man in a Napa County, California, Walmart shoplifted by loading a shopping cart with items then getting a gift card in exchange.  When loss prevention employees confronted him, the man, Hussein Abedelal, 32, pulled out a handgun and threatened them before fleeing.  Luckily, no one was injured.

From an article:
According to Sheriff's Capt. Tracey Stuart, Napa County deputies responded to Walmart in American Canyon for an armed robbery just after 3 p.m. on Sept. 23.
The armed suspect had loaded a shopping cart with more than $200 worth of items and then returned the items for a gift card.
Two Asset Protection Associates stopped the suspect after he left the store. As they re-entered the store, the suspect pulled a silver-colored pistol from his waist area and pointed it at the associates.  The suspect fled in a dark gray 1980s Honda Civic.
