A Walmart customer in Aberdeen, Maryland, attempted to shoplift a cell phone. When a loss prevention employee confronted her, she pulled out a gun and threatened him, then fled.

The shoplifter, a woman, was seen hiding a phone at the store, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, at about 11:33 p.m., Aberdeen Police Department spokesman Lt. Fred Budnick said Tuesday.
She was approached by loss prevention officials after she passed all the registers without paying. The woman then produced the weapon, causing store officials to back off and ultimately notify police, Budnick said.Walmart. Save money. Die faster.
