Argument in California Walmart parking lot leads to shooting

Occurred July 13, 2012.

A man on a bicycle and the occupants of an SUV got into an argument in a Walmart parking lot in Pittsburg, California.  The man on the bicycle then rode away, but the SUV followed him and they opened fire on him, wounding twice.

From an article:

A San Pablo man was in stable condition Friday morning after being shot twice in a WalMart parking lot in Pittsburg the night before, a police lieutenant said.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired at 2203 Loveridge Road at 10:42 p.m., Lt. Ron Raman said.
The 32-year-old man got into an argument with occupants of a silver SUV when at least two shots were fired, Raman said.
Witnesses said the victim was on a bicycle and that the SUV began chasing him through the parking lot before firing on him.
The man was struck in the face and leg and was transported to a hospital. His injuries were not considered life-threatening, the lieutenant said.
Police said they had surveillance video and promising leads that could lead to tracking down the suspects, Raman said.
This isn't the first time there has been a shooting at that Walmart.  In 2009, a man was shot four times in a drug deal gone bad, in the Walmart parking lot.
