Footage of the shooter (at bottom) at the Shreveport Walmart |
A man was backing his car out of a Shreveport, Louisiana Walmart parking spot when he was narrowly missed by two women in another car. An argument ensued, then one of the women pulled out a gun and shot several rounds into the man's car.
The shooter fled.
From an article:
According to police, the male victim was backing out of a parking space when a maroon colored, four-door Pontiac Grand Prix attempted to pass around him. In the attempt to pass, the Grand Prix narrowly missed the man's vehicle, setting off an argument between the man and the two females in the car.
During the argument, one of the women got out of the Grand Prix, brandished a firearm and fired several rounds into the man's vehicle before getting back into the car and fleeing the scene north toward Shreveport-Barksdale Highway.
Luckily no one was injured.
"This was extremely unusual and obviously bold. We're talking about a crowded parking lot, a Wal-Mart that does a lot of business. To fire a shot and to be so reckless as to fire shots in that area, it begs the question of what that person was thinking at that time. Clearly, we want to get this person behind bars where they belong," said Bill Goodin with the Shreveport Police Department.
