Drug deal leads to shooting at Tennessee Walmart

A drug deal went wrong in the parking lot of a Walmart Neighborhood Market in Nashville, Tennessee, in the Madison neighborhood.  A man pulled out a gun and shot 29-year-old O'Bryan Williams multiple times.  Williams is now hospitalized, and police are searching for the gunman.

Police are working to identify the gunman who injured a man during an apparent drug-related shooting in the parking lot of the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Madison on Thursday evening. 
Metropolitan Nashville Police said 29-year-old O'Bryan Williams remained in critical condition Friday afternoon at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after being shot multiple times in the parking lot of the store on N. Gallatin Pike. 
Williams was parked in the back portion of a lot when a tan, extended cab Chevrolet Silverado pulled up around 6:30 p.m. Police said the driver got out of the truck and into Williams' car. Williams was shot several times after an argument broke out. 
Surveillance from the store showed the suspect flee in the pickup truck. It appeared to have a large dent in the front passenger door.  
Police recovered a bag of marijuana at the scene.  
The gunman, who was described as a heavyset black man appearing to be in his 20s, may also have injuries from the fight. Police said he has braided hair.

UPDATE (7/25/14):  A convicted felon, 25-year-old Cager Edward Waggoner IV, has been arrested for the shooting after surrendering to authorities.
